AGREEMENT OF SALE

An agreement of sale between TicePro™ and the customer is only valid once payment has been made and proof thereof has been received by TicePro™ Pty Ltd. No orders will be dispatched unless full payment has been received.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY POLICY

Order processing will not begin once payment is approved. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders will be processed and dispatched within one working day.  All orders are sent via either the Local Post Office or courier.  Your tracking number will be send to you via email. All attempts are made to deliver good timeously. Occasionally packages are returned being ‘undeliverable’. Should this happen, we will contact you to make arrangements for a re-delivery. Cost of re-delivery is for the account of the Customer.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Once an order has been dispatched and received - if an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us immediately and we will track and correct the error.  We will send a replacement item and all postage/courier charges will be covered by TicePro™.   Correctly supplied goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling charge, all postage/courier charges must be paid for by the Customer. All returned products will undergo an inspection and if not received in a re-saleable condition will not be credited. No used products will be refunded or exchanged. Please read all the Terms and Conditions.  Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions of sale.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the TicePro™ Online Store, you may return unused goods to us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange, providing that the items are in the original packaging with all labels attached and have not been damaged in any way. For details of the return address, please refer to the Invoice included in your parcel. If goods are returned after the 7 day period, we will offer an exchange only. No goods will be exchanged or refunded after a period of 30 days from the original purchase date.

 

How to return your order

Please return the item(s) in the original packaging along with the labels and completed returns form, detailing the returned item and reason and indicating whether the item is to be exchanged or refunded. The cost of postage is at your expense and will only be refunded if we have sent the wrong item(s) in error. Any delivery charges incurred on your original order will not be refunded.Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any returned items until they have safely arrived to us and the parcel has been signed for by a member of staff. We strongly advise, therefore, that items are returned using a reputable courier with a tracking facility. Please retain any proof of posting for your insurance.

 

Refunds

We will refund you the original price paid for the item as long as it has been returned in an unused condition. We endeavour to complete all refunds within 5 working days of receiving the return. Please note that the refund will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card and you will be notified when this has been completed.

 

Exchanges

Please return any item that you wish to exchange using the returns procedure outlined above. Please clearly detail the name and size of the item you are returning along with the item you wish to receive in exchange. You will be notified when your exchange has been completed. Please note that we will only offer an exchange if the new item is of the same value or less than the original item purchased. A refund for the price difference will be made where applicable. If you wish to receive an item that is more than the original price paid, please place a new order online and return the original item within the 15 day period in order to receive a refund. With the quick turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be available. If your exchange is within the 15 day period, we would advise that you place a new order online for the item(s) and return your original order to us for a refund.

 

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, please follow the returns procedure above. Please note that 'faulty' means an item has a manufacturing fault or defect at the time of delivery or has occurred within the first few wearing’s. We cannot take responsibility for any damage to an item that has resulted from general wear and tear, misuse, washing errors or accidental damage. All items returned due to a fault will be inspected and tested by our production team. An item will only be replaced or refunded if this testing proves the item to have a manufacturing fault or hidden defect. Following this, we will also refund the postage costs incurred when returning the faulty item(s). Please note that if we cannot provide an exact replacement for the faulty item, an item of a similar value of your choice will be offered in replacement and this must be completed within 20 days of the return. If a decision is not made within this time frame, the faulty item will not be replaced.

PAYMENT & PRICING

All orders will be processed in US Dollar $. Payment will be made online. Any payments made after normal business hours will not be posted until the next business day. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of an online payment if your account is in default for any reason. We encourage you in addition to printing your receipt that you also verify with us by phone or email that we have posted your payment especially if the payment is made after normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 until 17:00 excluding any regularly scheduled closings for South African holidays.

 

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. All information you provide will only be used to process your orders, to inform you of new products, specials and any news relating to the products on our website. No information will be passed onto any third parties.

 

DISCLAIMER

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, that the listed products are of a high quality and safe for use, TicePro™ will not be liable  for injury or illness that may occur as a result of using our product.  Please ensure that you use the necesarry precautions when opening any of the packaging.
